This is the first course in the Kanban Management Professional Series through Lean Kanban University.

• This class is for those who take responsibility for improving the delivery of products and services to customers of their professional service businesses. • We cover kanban in action, including key elements of kanban systems, such as commitment points, work item types, classes of service, explicit policies, and cadences

• We review various kanban board options and ticket features and how those choices can affect worker behavior

• We practice with a gameboard simulation of work completed within a kanban system.
