Agile and Lean values and principles are shaping the thinking of most organizations today. Scaling Agile for the Enterprise is a challenge that many large organizations face as they implement Agile Teams across more and more of their operations. Coordinating multiple Teams that are working on multiple projects can seem daunting. Our 4th annual Agile Lean Summit 2019 will focus on “Taking Agile and Lean to the Enterprise.”
Melinda Solomon and Ken Moser will be presenting Holidays and Happy Hour in the Government track.

Agile on the Weekend

Certification classes on Saturdays and sundays

We have become increasingly aware that training can be difficult to attend when there are so many competing priorities.  And, yet, certifications are an important way to gain industry knowledge and prove continuous improvement professionally.  Many organizations will reimburse for training courses, but expect their staff to use vacation time to attend, since it may not be billable to a client.  Understanding this challenge, we have created a weekend program that partners with industry leaders, talented instructors, and certifying entities to run valuable, relevant coursework on Saturdays and Sundays.  Now you can save your leave-time for family vacations, unexpected life challenges, and personal adventures.

Kanban Coaching Beyond IT

service delivery management for knowledge work

Our staff are working with NTT Data with various federal organizations and departments to help non-IT knowledge-workers to identify appropriate services for their customers, understand their work capacity, calculate cycle times, and better balance demand and delivery. We focus on flow efficiency of work products and a process of evolutionary change that prioritizes leadership on all levels.
