Mission
We are committed to providing support to organizations that are new to Agility or who are struggling to transform their workflow to be adaptive and feedback-driven. We understand that quality, compliance, governance and audit-readiness are still vital components of responsible stewardship and therefore must also evolve with a shifting paradigm. We strongly believe in promoting a culture of evolutionary change, helping people recognize incremental improvement opportunities to optimize flow of work and value delivery.
“Innovation comes from all levels when people are empowered to problem-solve.”

About our Name
When co-founder Melinda Solomon was growing up, she lived on a road that formed a circle in rural Massachusetts. The loop of road included her parent’s yellow farmhouse up on a hill, an artisan mill with a water-wheel turned by a babbling brook, her grandmother’s house, a small 3-acre farm, and a chicken coop with 50 Rhode Island reds. In the center of the circle of road was a field of grass with a big old oak tree that featured a tire swing. This was where everyone would gather, build bon-fires, roast marshmallows, launch fireworks, sing songs, and make the most wonderful things life has to offer. The middle grass was where problems were solved, relationships were nourished, agreements were forged, and beauty was created.
We invite you to join us in the middle grass to start your own journey. Pull up a chair by the fire or take a swing on the tire and see things from a new perspective.
